Fandom: The Flash (2014 TV series)
Pairings/Characters: Barry Allen/Leonard Snart
Rating: Not Rated, but probably around a T
Length: 133,686

Theme: No Canon Required
Summary:
Leonard Snart, the CCPD Captain of Internal Affairs, is known as Captain Cold for a very good reason: He hates corrupt cops with a merciless vengeance, and once you're on his list, you're in serious trouble.
His next target?
A CCPD lab tech named Barry Allen who's developed a suspicious habit of disappearing at random intervals.
Reccer's Notes: I know absolutely nothing about this canon except that the Flash has speed powers; it was suggested to me when I asked for identity porn a while back. And oh does it ever have that; much of the comedy comes from tracking who knows which identities belonging to which people. But there's a very strong story underneath that comedic element that takes a close look at the morality of vigilantism and the ways that interacts with the law, in a much more nuanced way than most such stories exploring this.
